My name is Lays Eckhardt and I am an IT professional acting at the moment as Product Manager in Munich, Germany.
In 2005 I started to work as a Java developer and in the following year I was working on my first BI (Business Intelligence) project. I got fascinated by it and worked as a BI developer, consultant, and architect until 2010 when, after accepting an offer to work as Business Analytics for BI, I ended up as a Project Manager. Around 2013/2014 I started to have my first contact with Scrum and Agile methodologies, and since then I have tried to improve more and more my understanding of those methodologies and about what the market has been adopting.
I decided to start this blog as a way to express my opinion on topics I experienced, try to share my view on how it could be improved, and the real problems I faced in real life.
